Back again for a little pre Christmas fun. Much improved entertainments team that had bought back some extra sparkle. On the whole the evening entertainment was good but not sure about Keiran Sutcliffe and the lady singer with Distinction. Perhaps they were having off days? The pantomime was funny especially Fairy Bow Belles. Decorations as before were great and so was the roaring fires in Cricket House. We stayed in the Courtyard a must on wet, cold days and nights. It was very wet whilst we were there. The weekend prior we saw the Searchers before they retired. Loved them way back and they were still good unlike some artists still vainly thinking they were good ie Paul McCartney and Elton. We did have initial problems with our Signature room but it was amicably sorted so thank you. Please do not go home and then moan about it on TripAdvisor. Sort it out whilst you are there and give them a chance to rectify the problem. Big shout out to our Waiter Manuel. Food was plentiful, good with many choices. See you again soon. Thank you.

Just back from a 4 night stay, what a fantastic start to Christmas. Punch and mince pies on arrival and the festivities began. Everyone was friendly, accommodation was comfortable, warm, cleaned and replenished everyday. Plenty of choice in the restaurant, meals all received hot, waiter Mario was every efficient, remembering our likes and dislikes. Only gripe would be, no serviettes to handle the hot plates. The shows that the Entertainment Team put on were some of the best we have seen at Warners. The Panto and the final show `Magic of The Musicals` were superb. Lewis kept us entertained during the day with quizzes and dancing. A special thank you to Lewis who had to stepped in at the last minute to do the talk on `To The Manor Born` you were excellent. This has been a fantastic break, sad to go home, but we will be back.

The hotel is very good, but we would have liked more than one double socket and that was in a restricted height space as trying to charge two phones, a Fitbit watch and an iPad was fun. 8 portions of milk in the room would have been nice so we could have two cups each a day would also be a good idea as only six portions made the afternoon cuppa very strong.
